  • What is your seating capacity?

    Our seating capacity is 10 guests with standing room available to host up to 20 people.

    If you expect more guests than this, we recommend using our space for a “drop by” event.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    If cancellation is necessary, please let us know at minimum 7 days prior to your scheduled date to receive a 50% refund. If you’d like to reschedule, we can move forward without penalty.

    Cancellation less than 7 days to your event will not be refunded. Rescheduling will require a 15% change fee. Availability not guaranteed.

  • What is the cost to rent the space?

    Weekday Pricing: $45 per hour / Minimum of 2 hours

    Weekend / Evening (+5pm) Pricing: $75 per hour / Minimum of 2 hours

    Workshops are required to rent at a 3 hour minimum. We require 30 mins on the front and back end for set-up and teardown.

    If you would like to book the space for just 1 hour, you can include that setup time in your 2 hour minimum.

  • What are your cleaning/damages policy?

    We charge a 15% cleaning fee upon renting. For example, if you rent for 2 hours on the weekend for $120, the cleaning fee will be $18. If the studio requires a major cleaning after your session, a new fee will be charged. We ask you leave the studio in the same condition as you found it.

    Trashcans are provided on site, and will be taken care of by a Workroom representative after your session is over.

  • Do you have extra chairs for seating?

    We only have seats for up to 10 guests. If you’d like to bring more options for seating, please reach out to our team at team@workroomga.com to confirm approval.

  • How big is the space?

    Workroom is 318 sq ft. with floor to ceiling windows facing east.
